John F. Etzkorn, Partner

A Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney, Mr. Etzkorn conducts ERISA collection litigation for employee benefit funds in both the federal and state courts. He applies his special expertise to commercial law issues including bankruptcy, bond claims, mechanics liens on construction projects, secured loans, actions to foreclose upon collateral, union/fund real estate transactions and general real estate matters. Mr. Etzkorn is also a delinquency and real estate counsel to several multi-employer funds.

Mr. Etzkorn joined Arnold and Kadjan in 1981. Prior to this, he was an associate at the firm of DeHann & Richter, specializing in business, commercial, construction and real estate law. He began his legal career in 1976 as a Special Assistant Attorney General I the Welfare Litigation Unit, representing the Department of Public Aid in the federal and state courts.
